A dashboard over 1C provides fast summaries and drill-down without running a heavy report against the operational database. I expose agreed aggregates in a web interface and show their update time.

Scope includes export or API, an intermediary data mart, filters, tables, charts, and permissions. General-purpose BI is better for freely constructing many reports. Acceptance compares one period with a 1C reference, checks date boundaries, departments, empty states, and source-row drill-down; refreshes must not block accounting, stale data must be visible, and exports must match filters.

Acceptance criteria

Done when

  • Agreed entities sync with externalId and no duplicates on retry
  • Exchange journal shows object, result, and attempt
  • Failure paths are visible to operators

Deliverables

  • API/contract notes + mapping table
  • Staging exchange runbook

Out of scope

  • 1C accounting-policy changes
  • Production 1C upgrades without change windows

Assumptions

  • Test infobase and a 1C contact for metadata

Is data queried directly from the 1C database?

I prefer a published contract, scheduled export, or replica. Arbitrary production queries create upgrade and load risks.

Can metrics refresh every minute?

Yes, if the query cost is justified. Frequency should follow a business decision, not a preference for “real time.”
