Scope includes export or API, an intermediary data mart, filters, tables, charts, and permissions. General-purpose BI is better for freely constructing many reports. Acceptance compares one period with a 1C reference, checks date boundaries, departments, empty states, and source-row drill-down; refreshes must not block accounting, stale data must be visible, and exports must match filters.
