Website performance is often lost to images, fonts, third-party scripts, and incorrect caching rather than one “slow framework.” I build a media and deployment pipeline that preserves improvements after the next publication.

Scope covers representative mobile templates, image sizes and formats, critical fonts, widget loading, cache headers, CDN behaviour, builds, environments, releases, and basic error monitoring. Acceptance uses agreed pages and conditions: images cause no layout shift, primary content waits for no unnecessary JavaScript, caches refresh after release, and builds reproduce from the repository.

Can you guarantee a Lighthouse score of 100?

No. Results depend on device, network, and third parties. The goal is stable user metrics and removal of specific bottlenecks.

Is WebP enough?

No. Correct dimensions, srcset, reserved space, loading order, and caching policy matter alongside format.
