Astro is how I ship marketing and corporate sites that stay fast on a phone: HTML first, TypeScript where interactivity is real, SSR when you need previews, forms, or a thin API. This is the stack behind stuzhuk.page and vf-site. The parent marketing sites page covers the whole offer (i18n, SEO, speed). A cart and catalog are online stores, not “Astro plus a buy button.”
I use Astro when the job is content + conversion + SEO, not when you need a 40-screen authenticated product (that is React apps). Islands (React/Svelte) appear for forms and widgets, not as a default SPA shell. Technical SEO baseline (canonical, sitemap, JSON-LD) ships with launch; deep AI-search work is SEO and AI visibility.
Delivery: content model, templates, image pipeline, hosting (Node or static+CDN as the brief says), redirects if you leave Tilda/WordPress. I will not install a dozen “SEO” plugins that fight the crawler. Image widths, fonts, and a sane cache policy are part of the same launch, not a later “speed epic” after marketing has already complained.
Timeline: a focused corporate site or landing set is often 3–7 weeks. Multilingual hreflang adds time—see i18n.
